I first started Keto Jan 1, 2019 with Jheanelle. By February 1st, I was down almost 26 lbs. With her coaching me on Keto not only have I’ve lost weight, my skin is clearer, my menstrual cramps are less painful, my depression has improved & I’m able to sleep good at night. I’m going into my 2nd month of coaching with her & I can’t wait to achieve my goal weight. It’s safe to say that I’m living my BEST KETO LIFE NOW.
