Hi there, I am Jheanelle aka Ketoyardie! Born on the small island of Jamaica I moved to the United States at the age of 13. I was always a “skinny” teenager growing up. When I graduated high school I weighed 130lbs soaking wet, then I got to college and the freshman 15 became… well you know the rest. As I gained weight over the years I appreciated my “thickness” and then I started not liking what I saw in the mirror. 

I was the girl that didn’t like to sweat based on not liking what I saw in the mirror I decided to give working out a try. I tried working out several times and even though I would workout hard whenever I did make it to the gym, consistency and eating healthy were my major issues. I didn’t truly understand the concept that you are what you eat. Your success is dependent on 80% what you eat and 20% workouts. I began working out on my own October 2017 and due to my unhealthy eating habits I lost and gained the same 15 pounds from October 2017– March 2018.  As a result of me not seeing much progress I got fed up and joined a  group workout with an amazing trainer which took my workouts to a totally different level. I saw some progress but my eating habits were still poor which gave me the push I needed to research and educate myself about the ketogenic diet. 

On May 1, 2018 I decided to start keto and I have never looked back. My results from doing keto have been remarkable. Not only have I lost weight, but I have healed my body. At my heaviest weight which was on September 18, 2017 I was 288lbs. I was pre hypertensive, pre diabetic and my cholesterol was sky high. Keto has helped me reverse all of this and my doctor was mind blown by my labs that were done in October of 2018. Keto has significantly changed my life, my confidence is through the roof and I feel totally amazing on the inside and out.  To date I have lost 120lbs.

Coaching is something that I enjoy and hold dear to my heart, as it gives the opportunity to share my knowledge with those willing to dedicate themselves to learning, understanding and integrating keto into their lives. With every new group that I coach there is a sense of excitement because 30 days from day 1 you will look and feel totally different once you commit to the process . It warms my heart to see people feel more confident about themselves. It’s a feeling  I can very much relate to and my wish is that everyone with will love themselves enough to invest in becoming a better version of their current selves.
